Multi-User-Administration

Hugh portals require a lot of work –

distributed roles, different rights,

saved access.

With the Multi-User-Administration from the Level9 CMS can obtained every department from a company, an own area of the in-house internet presence with own editing responsibility.

You apply or your customers editors for the administration area and equip the editors with differentiated rights. Single editors can so activated for single menu points or submenu points in work. Also complete functionalities from the Level9 CMS can assigned to different roles, but also single or individual.

Every process from a menu point would minuted with date/time and name of the editor. In the time of process would disable this menu point to process for other editors.

In the Extended Version would extend the Multi-User-Administration with a release system. Work an editor on a menu point, so he can save the changes, but don`t published. Changes from menu points obtained the superior chief editor and this administrator in a report. This can then release the single contents.
